Currans is located in Auburn, just 20km from the heart of Sydney’s CBD. We follow a philosophy of repairing vehicles to factory specification and our challenge is to return them to their owners looking like new.

Our trained technicians are specialised in brands such as Rolls Royce, Bentley, Lamborghini, Ferrari, Land Rover, Lexus, BMW, Mercedes, Pagani, Aston Martin and Audi.

Our accident repair centre workshop is colour coded for our factory processes. The red is for damage analysis, blue area for is body, green area for paint, orange area for reassembly and yellow is for quality control.

When a vehicle arrives at Currans for repairs, it gets thoroughly checked over. It then goes through a number of processes to ensure the highest quality of work is carried out and nothing is missed. This includes Damage Analysis, Body, Paint, Light Check Assembly, Finish Assembly and Quality Control.

Damage Analysis

The Currans car repair process started with an estimation and damage analysis.
When it comes to the panels to be prepared and file finished it is essential that panels are in correct order.

Full Body Paint Work

Once the vehicle is in the booth, the paint work is treated exactly as if it was in the factory. It is essential that factory paints are used when painting Italian and German cars. Paint certification is prioritised with Currans.

Separate Part Paint Work

Separate parts are also painted in the booth so that a factory finish is achieved.

Light Check System

The quality control under goes a lighting system similar to that in the factory that shows any imperfections in the paint which makes with easier for us at Currans to make sure that every single area of the vehicle has been checked over throughly.

Finish Assembly

One of the final stages at Currans is assembling the vehicle. Where we removing into putting all the parts together to finalise the car.
